Slobodan was born in Novi Sad in 1947. He studied fine arts abroad, in Italy, France and Scandinavia. He is a member of the association of applied and fine arts of Norway and also a member of the association of Gypsy artists of Serbia. Today, he lives upon his artistic work in Novi Sad.
