Nadir is an expert in the development of projects, organization and coordination of events, monitoring, analysis, reporting on human/minority rights, advocacy and lobbying for the Roma rights and interests. He has recently been assistant trainer for the training sessions organised by the Council of Europe in "the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia", within the framework of the project "Equal Rights and treatment for Roma in SEE".
